By using Snicksnack you accept these terms. They apply together with Apple's standard terms for apps from the App Store.

Your recordings

What you record and the text made from it belong to you. We have no access to it.

Recording other people

You are responsible for how you use the app. Tell the people you record that you are recording them, and follow the laws and rules that apply where you are.

The text can be wrong

Automatic transcription is not always right, especially with background noise, dialects, names and when several people talk at once. Check against the audio before you quote the text or make decisions based on it. Tap a word to hear what was actually said.

The app as is

Snicksnack is provided as is. We do our best to make it work, but give no warranties and are not liable for lost recordings or for the consequences of errors in the text, to the extent permitted by law. Back up what matters.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The latest version is always here, with a date. Swedish law applies.
